Heating & CoolingMaintenance, emergency repairs & system sizing5 questions
How often should I schedule HVAC maintenance?
For many systems, a professional check in spring before cooling season and another in fall before heating season is a practical schedule. Exact needs depend on the equipment, usage and manufacturer requirements.
What are the benefits of regular HVAC tune-ups?
Tune-ups can identify worn components, airflow restrictions, dirty coils, electrical issues and performance problems before peak heating or cooling demand.
Do you offer emergency HVAC repair?
Yes. Eco-One offers 24/7 HVAC service for residential and commercial customers. Call or text 828-228-3034 for the fastest response.
How long does an HVAC system typically last?
There is no single lifespan for every system. Equipment life depends on system type, installation quality, usage, maintenance, operating conditions and repair history.
What size HVAC system do I need?
Proper sizing depends on more than square footage. Layout, insulation, windows, air leakage, ductwork, orientation and local design conditions all matter.

Can you install an EV charger at my home or business?

Commercial ServiceHeating, cooling and refrigeration for businesses1 question
Do you provide commercial HVAC and refrigeration service?
Yes. Our experienced commercial team supports qualifying heating, cooling and refrigeration work for restaurants, offices, retail spaces and other businesses. Coverage depends on the location, equipment and project scope.
WarrantiesWorkmanship, manufacturer coverage & exclusions3 questions
What kinds of warranties do you offer?
Coverage depends on the specific job and equipment. Workmanship coverage may apply to qualifying installations, while manufacturer parts warranties are governed by the equipment maker.
Workmanship vs. manufacturer warranty?
Workmanship coverage applies to qualifying labor or installation work. Manufacturer coverage applies to eligible equipment or components under the manufacturer’s written warranty.
Are there warranty exclusions?
Yes. Exclusions vary and can include lack of required maintenance, outside damage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or items outside the written warranty terms.

Estimates & SchedulingRepair decisions, project photos & Spanish service4 questions
How do you decide whether to repair or replace equipment?
We start with the diagnosis, then consider the equipment’s condition, repair history and your priorities. Our technicians earn no sales commissions. We explain the practical repair and replacement options so you can make an informed decision. Explore HVAC service →
What affects the cost of service or installation?
The work needed, equipment condition, parts and materials, access, installation route and applicable permit or inspection work can all affect the estimate. For larger projects, photos or a site visit may be needed to define the scope. Ask us to confirm diagnostic charges and what the written estimate includes before authorizing work.
What photos help with an EV charger installation quote?
Send the charger model, the proposed charger location, a photo of the electrical panel and its visible labels, and photos of the route between the panel and charger. Take photos from a safe position; do not remove the panel cover. Our electrical team reviews capacity, routing and the final scope. See EV charger installation →
Can I request service in Spanish?
