We’ll beat your HVAC quote—or give you a $50 prepaid card.

Submit your quote by November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, unless the promotion ends earlier. This is the submission deadline; installation does not need to be completed by that date. Requests received before a change or the promotion’s end retain the terms in effect when submitted.

For qualifying written quotes from properly NC-licensed, insured contractors. Comparable equipment, work and warranties required. Complete residential replacements and selected major repairs of $1,500 or more. Verification and the full terms below apply.

How it works: Eco-One will offer a total installed price at least $50 below the verified competitor quote, or provide a $50 prepaid card if we decline to beat an otherwise qualifying quote. No purchase is required to receive an earned card. If we provide the qualifying lower-priced proposal, no card is owed even if you decline it.

Full offer terms

Offer version: October 13, 2026.

1. Beat-the-price or prepaid-card promise

For an eligible project and verified competing proposal, Eco-One LLC will either offer a total installed price at least $50 below the competitor or provide the eligible customer a $50 prepaid card. Eco-One may choose either option. If Eco-One provides the qualifying lower written proposal, no card is owed, even if the customer declines it or hires someone else. If Eco-One declines to beat an otherwise qualifying quote, no purchase from Eco-One or another contractor is required to receive the card. An ineligible quote does not qualify for a price reduction or card. This is a pre-purchase offer, not a retroactive refund or a claim that Eco-One always has the lowest price.

2. Eligible projects and service area

Residential properties only, in Catawba, Lincoln, Burke, Caldwell, Iredell, Gaston and Mecklenburg counties, North Carolina. Eligible work: complete HVAC system replacement; or compressor replacement, complete air-handler replacement, or evaporator/condenser coil replacement with a verified competitor total of $1,500 or more for the eligible repair scope alone. Unrelated services cannot be added to meet that threshold. The $1,500 repair minimum does not apply to complete system replacements. Equipment and work must be technically appropriate, available and lawful. Other repairs, maintenance, diagnostic calls, new construction, commercial work and separately sold non-HVAC work are excluded. Work necessary to complete the eligible installation or repair must be included in the comparison.

3. Required written competitor proposal

Submit a genuine, complete proposal issued within the preceding 30 calendar days and still open for acceptance when submitted. It must be for the same customer, property, and project, and identify the contractor, proposal date, equipment manufacturer and model numbers, installation scope, warranty coverage, total installed price, payment terms, and expiration date, if any. A formal electronic proposal or PDF is acceptable; a handwritten signature is not required if the issuing contractor can be verified. Verbal quotes, general advertisements, online calculators, and monthly-payment figures alone do not qualify.

4. Competitor qualifications

The issuing business must hold the active North Carolina license required for the proposed work, carry liability insurance and any legally required workers’ compensation coverage, serve the project address, and be willing and able to perform the quoted work at the stated price. An out-of-state license alone does not qualify. Eco-One may request the license number, evidence of insurance, and clarification of material proposal details.

5. Comparable equipment

Both proposals must specify new, unused equipment with comparable system type and configuration, capacity appropriate for the home, applicable SEER2/HSPF2/AFUE ratings, compressor staging or modulation, blower capability, heating output, controls, included accessories, and manufacturer warranty. Brands may differ; identical tonnage alone is insufficient. Required equipment pairings and refrigerant compatibility must be supported by the manufacturer. Differences affecting performance, features, or warranty will be explained in writing before eligibility is determined. For repairs, compare the same verified fault, compatible replacement part, and manufacturer warranty eligibility. A manufacturer-covered part must be compared using the same warranty coverage; do not compare a warranty-covered part against a full-price part.

6. Equivalent installation and warranties

Compare the same removal and disposal, permits and inspections, equipment pad or supports, refrigerant piping, drain and overflow protection, thermostat, electrical and fuel connections, duct transitions or repairs, required safety work, startup, testing, and commissioning. Include all required code-compliant work. Parts, labor, and workmanship coverage must be equivalent in duration and material terms, including registration requirements, deductibles, and exclusions. A lower quote that omits necessary work or materially equivalent coverage does not qualify as submitted; a corrected competitor proposal may be provided. For compressor or coil work, include equivalent refrigerant recovery and recharge, required replacement materials, leak testing, evacuation, and any required contamination cleanup. Eco-One will not perform an unnecessary or incompatible repair solely to qualify a price comparison. A different diagnosis must be documented; a preference to sell a complete system is not itself a reason to reject an otherwise qualifying repair.

7. Price and payment comparison

Compare the total installed price, including mandatory charges, permit costs, disposal charges, and applicable taxes, on the same payment basis. Use the competitor’s documented cash/non-financed purchase price after unconditional contractor discounts. Financing interest, lender charges, promotional financing, trade-in allowances, customer-specific rebates, utility incentives, and tax credits do not establish the comparison price. A monthly payment is not a total price. Financing, if separately offered, is subject to its own disclosed terms and does not automatically qualify for this offer.

8. No combining offers or discounts

The lower-price offer cannot be combined with any other Eco-One coupon, promotion, rebate, referral credit, membership discount, military/veteran discount, senior discount, negotiated discount or other price concession. Customers may choose this offer or another applicable Eco-One offer. Independent manufacturer or utility incentives and tax benefits follow their own eligibility and combination rules and are not part of the comparison price. No-stacking restrictions do not cancel an otherwise earned prepaid card. The customer receives the lower-price proposal OR the card, not both.

9. Additional exclusions

Equipment-only internet or wholesale prices; used, refurbished, scratch-and-dent, liquidation, or customer-supplied equipment; barter, employee/family-only, or non-public preferential pricing; unverified, altered, fraudulent, or demonstrably erroneous quotes; expired offers; and quotes for unavailable equipment do not qualify. A price is not considered erroneous merely because it is low. A genuine public contractor promotion may qualify when all other requirements are satisfied and its actual non-financed installed price can be verified.

10. Submission, verification and decision

Submit the complete proposal before signing an agreement with Eco-One or another contractor for the project, paying a project deposit, or starting the eligible work. Call or text (828) 228-3034 to arrange submission; omit payment information and unrelated personal details. Quote review and any site assessment required solely to verify this promotion are free. Separate diagnostic work requires advance disclosure and authorization and is not a condition of receiving an earned card. Eco-One will issue its written lower-price proposal, card decision or eligibility explanation within 10 business days after receipt of complete information and completion of any necessary site verification. Eligibility is based on these published requirements. Quote review does not authorize work.

11. Lower-price proposal and prepaid-card delivery

The qualifying Eco-One proposal will specify equipment, scope, warranty, total price at least $50 below the verified competitor price, payment terms and an acceptance period of at least 14 calendar days. Scheduling is agreed separately; emergency service or the competitor schedule is not guaranteed. Approved additions or genuinely concealed conditions outside the compared scope require a written change order before additional work; known required work will not be omitted and charged later. If Eco-One chooses the card, it will be issued within 14 calendar days after the written decision to the submitting adult homeowner or authorized residential customer. Limit one $50 card per household and service address in any 12-month period, regardless of the number of quotes, systems or components. Eco-One covers purchase and activation charges so the card is issued with $50 of spending value. It is not cash or Eco-One store credit. Applicable issuer use restrictions, fees and expiration terms will be disclosed before issuance; Eco-One will obtain the customer’s agreement before substituting a materially different reward. No separate purchase, paid membership or review is required.

12. Offer availability and customer rights

Offer available for requests submitted through November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, unless ended earlier. Eco-One LLC may modify or discontinue this promotion at any time for future submissions. Requests received before a change, early discontinuation or the stated deadline will be evaluated under the terms in effect when submitted, even if verification or the decision occurs later. Any earned prepaid card and accepted written proposal will be honored. Installation does not need to be completed by the submission deadline. New exclusions will not be applied retroactively to submitted requests. This offer does not reduce applicable consumer rights or alter warranty obligations stated in the installation contract. Contact Eco-One LLC at (828) 228-3034 or EcoOneHVAC.com with questions. This October 13, 2026 beat-the-price campaign replaces the earlier price-match campaign for new submissions only. Previously received qualifying requests retain the terms applicable when submitted.
